Good luck.

How is the audio if the SPA is installed local to the ECS?

Does your remote site have the same software versions as your main site, especially for the MBU?
Posted By: ap Re: sip slt - 02/08/09 01:27 PM
no the remote site has a vpn router a spa 3102 and a single line phone. The vpn is up but only audio from remote to the home site. No audio for home can be heard at remote.

Have you opened any ports on the remote router?

Check in 01.08 for the logical port and check settings for VPN. Confirm both site have the TCP/UDP ports opened.

Also confirm you have the license installed in the ECS

You may want to also upgrade MBU version to 1.20 (shouldn't be a factor, but can't hurt)

Try taking a look at UDP ports and be remembered they are always happen in pairs. Say ports 5060 & 5061 or 5080 & 5081

Do you have an IP phone to try?
Posted By: annacat Re: sip slt - 02/17/09 06:22 AM
Set port forwarding UDP 50002 to the IP address of the phone in the router
