I got a customer that has an avaya partner 7.0 messaging auto attendant I have it set up to answer on 4rings option 3 flashes line dials a cellphone calls work if cell phone is answered but if cell phone doesn't answer call disconnects instead of getting cellphone voice-mail cellphone is ATT Iphone if i send it to my uscelluar phone it works fine anyone got any ideas? what happens if you call the cellphone from the same line on the Partner ?
have not tried that
just tried it call from line to cell phone goes to cellphone vm if not answered
could the auto-attendant be flashing the line back ?
if it works with one cell carrier but not another I would think its on the cell carrier end and not in the partner
update I tried using my cell it rings 2 times says missed call
and on calling end seems like i hear a flash then call is disconnected

I can in office flash the line on the partner phone and transfer to a cell phone but when using centrex transfer in a selector code it doesn't work right seems to dial it rings but then drops call or disconnects
it sounds like an attempt at supervised transfer rather than blind transfer.
