is there a way on a CS5200 to forward a spicific DID or a POT's line to a cell phone (that number would change weekly.) Currently the system is set up on a STAR app for the after hours and holiday call handeling. Short of giving the dispatcher a second phone and manualy entering the forward nightly. it would be helpful to automate the process.

You can create a phantom under System\Devices and Feature Codes\Phantoms then forward that phantom to an outside number. Then adjust yer STAR call routing to route to this phantom when appropriate.
