Is there a way to have a recording set up that an agent can play on a call? I have some agents I need to say "this call may be recorded or monitored" and some just flat out forget. If I could have them play it through the system, that would be helpful. Is there a way to do this? We have an AXXESS system, standard TDM

So you want it to play automagically or play when the agent does something?

I create a Call Routing Application right before a call is dumped into a Hunt Group. Its sole purpose is to play that message.
