I have been requested to program the phone system to be able to send calls to cell phones but if they don't answer within a set amount of time (i.e. 20 seconds) to send it to an external answering service. I am running an AXXESS V 10 and I have tried the following :

Created CRA
Create Hunt Group (HG)
Created Phantom Devices (PD) for both external cell phone and answering service
Assigned the PDs to the HG
Assigned the HG to the CRA
Assigned CRA to a DID
Called the DID and it will just ring.

Tried calling the HG internally and it rings busy.
Tried calling CRA internally and it rings once then goes to waiting

Is it possible to do what I am looking to do?

Hunt group calls will never route off-site.

This can be done with Personal Call Routing (also known as Dynamic Extension Express depending upon the version of software used). Contact your reseller about licensing.

That feature is not available in Axxess.
