Inter-Tel 10.001 Extension with no Voice Mail - 04/08/16 02:51 PM
So I inherited this system and all I know how to do is log in, change names, passwords, and swap extensions.
We have a user who cannot be reached from outside our company. The systems says "The number (extension) entered is not valid". I looked in the database and he does not seem to have a VM box. I don't know how to go about creating one.
If anyone has a quick help PDF for me on this system for stuff like that that would be great.
