3000 system with internal battery backup - Sundance Business VOIP Telephone Help

I have a problem with a 3000 (CX) that resets multiple times a day. Some days less than others. I replaced the power supply a couple of months ago and the problem stopped. Now it's back to it. Is it possible that the internal battery backup is at fault?

I have seen this problem when plugged into inexpensive Chinese UPS.

Check the date on the batteries on the UPS...usually good 3-5 years depending upon load and environment.
