I have a problem with a 3000 (CX) that resets multiple times a day. Some days less than others. I replaced the power supply a couple of months ago and the problem stopped. Now it's back to it. Is it possible that the internal battery backup is at fault?

I have seen this problem when plugged into inexpensive Chinese UPS.

...Is it possible that the internal battery backup is at fault? Check the date on the batteries on the UPS...usually good 3-5 years depending upon load and environment.
