What do you know about the crash of older audix systems this year? We have reset the time back four years but the provider says that it may be only a temporary fix. I have not been able to find any news about this although there was an old technical paper circulated which was apparently ignored.

I had one go bad just last week, it would answer calls, but users could not get to their mailboxes, it would come on & say a system error has occured. Is this simular to your problem??
