Looking to program a backdoor to VM using a DID on an older (97) Intuity Audix. They had one before that worked. I tried to use the same hunt group and just change the extension to the new DID. When I call it from outside it says "please wait" and then sends me to the AA. I am also trying to set up outdial for new messages on the Intuity. Did system outdial test and was successful. Turned on outcalling but is not outcalling.
Suggestions.....

'cha auto rout' in the intuity

enter your DID under incoming called number
business schedule = login

Make sure that your audix ports have a COR that will allow the port to make an outgoing call without any auth codes.
