Looking to program a backdoor to VM using a DID on an older (97) Intuity Audix. They had one before that worked. I tried to use the same hunt group and just change the extension to the new DID. When I call it from outside it says "please wait" and then sends me to the AA. I am also trying to set up outdial for new messages on the Intuity. Did system outdial test and was successful. Turned on outcalling but is not outcalling. Suggestions..... ------------------ Velcro www.quzar.com

enter your DID under incoming called number
business schedule = login

Make sure that your audix ports have a COR that will allow the port to make an outgoing call without any auth codes.
