Looking for suggestions on SMDR software application for IP Office. Customer has 6 sites in an SCN and would like to record/analyze call data on them. I have not had a customer with an IPO request SMDR before, so any thoughts/opinions on this would be appreciated.
I have used Comm One and it does the job. Bob Edwards will work with you on setup and answer any questions he is very helpful.

But, Avaya did OEM Chronicall a few months ago and call it ACR, Avaya Call Reporting.
The benefit is that if you get the Avaya version, you do not need to purchase the CTI licenses that are needed with the Xima version...
