Looking for suggestions on SMDR software application for IP Office. Customer has 6 sites in an SCN and would like to record/analyze call data on them. I have not had a customer with an IPO request SMDR before, so any thoughts/opinions on this would be appreciated.

I have used Comm One and it does the job. Bob Edwards will work with you on setup and answer any questions he is very helpful.

I echo what TTT said. But, Avaya did OEM Chronicall a few months ago and call it ACR, Avaya Call Reporting.
