Vertical SBX resetting system to default - Sundance Business VOIP Telephone Help

Not sure if i'm doing this correctly on SBX to default to out of box on a system that has been in use

power down control unit

red switch #2 to off position

wait 10 seconds

power on control unit

red switch #2 to on position

That's a bit more than we're permitted to offer here for obvious reasons. Our policy is that if it's in the user's guide, anything is fair game for support. Unfortunately, this is installer-level support. You might be able to get someone to offer you support on this level off-line.
