Not sure if i'm doing this correctly on SBX to default to out of box on a system that has been in use
power down control unit
red switch #2 to off position
wait 10 seconds
power on control unit
red switch #2 to on position

Thanks Ed, I am certified in SBX from vertical. I have been installing their equipment for over 30 years. But I do appreciate the response and protecting us installers.
