Does anyone know if the vertical wave is compatible with Office365 for email notification? We took over this phone system and they were using exchange but now they have changed their mail of office365.

not sure why it wouldn't be. Is it not working?

Here's a link that may help. Be sure to match the vertical wave's outgoing SMTP port and security settings (Ex: 587 uses TLS) to match O365.

Thank you, I am waiting for the customer to get me the credentials and we will give it a shot. Sometimes the older systems seem to be a bit of a PIA when it comes to email notification and office365 or even gmail. I know for the longest time we had issues getting NEC email notification to work with Gmail.

One thing that i have seen is a character limit. If the smtp server address is to long some older system won't work but 0365 could setup and alias name to shorten it as we have had to do this for some ESI systems
