Sometimes the older systems seem to be a bit of a PIA when it comes to email notification and office365 or even gmail. oobie Member Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 1,492 central pa	One thing that i have seen is a character limit. If the smtp server address is to long some older system won't work but 0365 could setup and alias name to shorten it as we have had to do this for some ESI systems
