Anyone experience Mitel Express messenger saying that my mailbox doesn't exist on the system. i can not even get into the administrators. But if i call the main number the AA answers.
Any help would be great.
Does anyone besides you have the admin code? If they pressed option 1, your database is toast.
Try logging in with Express Manager, on a serial cable. And try the default login for Administrator -- you may have to experiment with mailbox length (I think default is two-digit mailboxes).
Thanks for the info. That is probably what happen. I will have to make a trip to the job site. I am remote. I have tried over the phone trying to log in with various mailbox lengths with no good results.
My advice: In the future, anyone who wants the admin code has to sign off that you are not responsible for anything they screw up.
