I need some help while a collegue is away. A customer wants to divert any incoming call on any ddi coming in on their ISDN straight back out to an external number. I have access through manager E, but need some directions as to how this can be achieved.

you need to make all calls go to a new ring plan by doing ddis to a extn don't forget your timers make it 1 second
program a extn to forward to the external number (groups don't forward external numbers
then put your phone system into the new ring plan and you should be ok to go
