Nortel w/voicemail
Phone is unable to have voicemail trasnferred to it's extension during the day. After hours it work fine. Any idea's why?
How was it being transferred and what are the phone settings, such as CFNA, CFB, etc?
Make sure the phone trying to perform the transfer has an available Intercom key. Phones with only 1 intercom can't perform a voicemail transfer.
MooreTel - I am unable to provide that information. I can not connect remotely. I am told they use the CSR button to trasnfer. this works fine after hours just not during the day hours. They can transfer to other stations voicemail just fine during the day.
Looks like it's time for a site visit so you have the info needed to evaluate and solve the problem.
