does the MICS have an Auto System Answer feature like the partner systems do?

If your asking about auto attendant, the MICS doesn't have an auto attendant. The CICS does and the Call Pilot voicemail has an excellent Auto Attendant.

If you're asking about auto answer trunks, yes it does.

ASA on the Partner system works like this: Receptionist is on a call. second call rings, If ASA is on, the system answers automatically and places it on hold until they can answer.

So my question is does Norstar have a feature that can do that? :bang:

CICS does... MICS does not.

That feature is called Auto Attendant in the Nortel platform.
