Can't change daily msg on CP100 & BCM200 - 07/24/08 09:29 AM
BCM 200 ver 4.0, CP 100.
Customer has the following issues, as reported by their on-site tech:
1 - VM doesn't start after a backup.
2 - Won't allow users to change their daily greeting. Gets to the point of leaving a new daily message, then says "Can't continue".
3 - Calling in after hours, users gets to her mailbox, but then can't leave a message or do anything else.
4 - Didn’t allow me to program a feature button via Element Manager, said invalid feature code. I resolved by logging off & on in Element Manager 3 times.
I'll suggest restarting telephony service. Next step would be to reboot BCM. Am I on the right track? Other suggestions?
