Do I need to reinstall it?

I have an MICS with a non-PRI T1.

If I dial an extension internally, it goes to their mailbox. If I dial their DID it goes to the Automated Attendant.

If I set the phone for (2) rings, it goes to the AA in (2) rings. If I set the phone for (6) rings, it goes to the AA in (6) rings. If I dial the extension, it goes to their voicemail box.

Scratching my head. And it's 1:30 in the morning doing this stupid cut...

sounds like your did line is in your table try seting it up private to that extension make sure its not in your aa table
You need the REDIRECT DN patch for the NAM.
