Customer wants to add, delete mailboxes. I am unable to locate the place to grant telephone access in the TVA tool.
I would ask Pan. tech support but they are currently closed "due to administrative reasons". Sounds ominous.
Any help appreciated.

Once the voice mail answers, you should be able to dial # + 6, then * plus 999 to access this area and follow the menu instructions from there.

Thanks for reply.

When I attempt to access box 999 (other than to leave message) it says: "That function is unavailabe."

TVA tool is not in use at that time.

James,
You will ned to log in with the laptop and go into security settings.
From there you can assign telephone access to the message manager and system manager mailboxes.
By default it's turned off.
