TDE 600/TVA200 Get internal calls to an extension to go to Auto Attendant - 10/19/17 08:09 PM
Hi All,
I have a TDE 600 with a TVA200. I have a Custom Service set up on the TVA for an auto attendant when a DID is dialed. That works fine. I want to have internal callers go to that same auto attendant when they dial a certain extension.
I've tried setting the ext to Fwd all calls to voicemail, then have the mailbox set Call Transfer Status to the Custom Service....it never sends the call.
Any tips for me?
