I take care of these units for a branch of our college.
Recently ( ? past 6 months from reports I got ), one particular
extension is stuck on forwarding all calls to Voicemail.

When you call it through the auto-attendant ( i.e. dial main number,
get greeting, then dial the extension ), it goes to voicemail without ringing the
phone. Dialing it from another extension - same result.

I had the users dial 7100 to clear all forwarding - same result.
I had them dial 790 to clear all station features. Same result.

I am going out there ( it's a few miles away ) on Monday to look at the TVA
programming.

Someone else set up the A/A programming, so I have to review what he did.

Anybody have more suggestions what settings to check?

check mailbox settings (all calls to mailbox), if that is yes it will send calls dialled through the VM straight to voicemail without ringing he phone
