Does anybody know if there is a step-by-step process on how to do this is it on the website not really sure where to find it I do have access to the new portal I haven’t had a chance to look at it though.

No, but it's pretty straight forward.
Back up the CP10 database then import it on the CP20 software.
Adjust the inmail ports to reflect the new numbering plan/dept group standard.
Make sure you have the CP20 already updated, initialized and the license uploaded.
Upload the database.
Use the util to copy all the VM stuff from the CP10 to the CP20.SDcard. You will need to have the card reader for this on your pc. This can take a while depending on how much is there.
Reinsert SDcard, start the system. You MIGHT have to reboot once but it should be fine.
