Got auto attendant working on 200ICP however the dial by name directory is not finding any matches. I have the option in form 49 set to "last name". I have "phonebook" enabled in form 4. I have the phonebook routing set up in form 19. I have the names entered in the correct order of name entered per mailbox in form 50 but the auto attendant keeps saying it cannot find any matches. Any thoughts?
