If you study your SMDR raw printout, you'll probably find the problem. They are probably doing some sort of dial-around. Motel customers seem to be able to beat the most intensive T/R, you have to stay ahead of them. For some of them, it's a mental challenge! That said, if you can show us some of the suceessful, supposed to be blocked, calls, we may be able to nail it down. And they may be taking advantage of dial-tone return that the Mitel is not coping with. John C.
