Brand new system installed 2 weeks ago.
Replaced line card and same thing.

Customer has to reboot system.

2 lines on system
1 is main line and other is fax with STICK

I cannot dial in to IRAD with line 1 but I can with line 2.
Moved line 1 to another port and same thing.
I noticed a slight noise on the line.

Think the line is causing the card to disable?

Unfortunatly Rogers is the carrier.....stick to cable please!!!!
