Hey all, I have a client that has a CTX100 at the main location and an ESI at the other. Their provider has signed them up with a service called One Pac. Provider told client that they can transfer and intercom between the two systems via this T-1.
The provider states the following: Station-to-Station Dialing- Allows your employees to dial each other in two to six digits. If you are calling from a single location or to multiple locations, on our network, there are no additional charges. I've never heard of interfacing a Toshiba with an ESI before. Sounds more like DID's with 2500 sets to me. A Centrex on steroids?
Any comments/help would be appreciated, not getting much from provider sales folks which is a little Surprising, it's a great company.
Thanks in advance!
