Johnyreb you should have some documention on your webcam as far as setting it up. If not go to Logitec's website and look around. Otherwise you need to set up a static webpage to display the images or you need to know each others IP address. The computer needs some direction on where to get the images. Have you looked into CUSeeMe software? Go to www.cuseeme.com and it will allow you to set up a video chat using almost any camera. Broadband is recommended on both ends to stream video. Good Luck
