2830= model number+ XX= color code+ M=Modular handset cord or O= Hardwired handset cord+ BA= Straight-line ringer+ 46= Recall button+ M= Metropolitan dial (includes letters on dial)
For example: 283044MBA-46M:
Ten button, tel-touch dial, modular handset cord, standard ringer with recall button in ash with a metropolitan dial. Note that these are ITT part numbers, not WE or Stromberg/Comdial.
