Do you mean the "1" is not dissapering from the phone's display? Or when node x makes a long distance call that should be local to node y, and go out y's trunks, it still adds a 1 which screws things up? If it's the last one, remove the ECHO TOLL FIELD from the dial rule for that facility group. That should do it. By default the dial rules echo everything you enter and place it on the line. Use SMDR to verify exactly what it's dialing. good luck.
