We have an Intertel CS5000 phone system. Our agents are using the Intertel 8560 handsets. The problems is that when doing an intercom call to another ext the handset auto connects. Before it was only answered on lifting the handset whilst now it just answers after 1-2 rings by itself and goes straight to speakerphone. Can you please advise what can be at fault?
