As suggested, you should probably wait for training but if you want to try and learn on your own, here are the steps you'll need.
Put IP Office on your network (assuming your office network) Configure IP routes in IP office Setup TFTP server on your network. If remote, setup VPN between remote network and office network. Connect IP phone to remote network. For easiest phone install, setup static IP information on phone. This is done by pressing "*" as the phone starts up.
It is fairly simple to do, once you know how to do the above steps but explaining how to do all of those steps is a bit out of scope for this forum.
