OP chuck Member Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 157 Port Orange, FL, USA	So, we have a customer whose sys admin left the company after changing the admin pw on MB 99 on the voice mail. Any idea how to reset it? And, can I do it without re-initializing the system? Thanks!
