Another programming task I've been asked to do is to have a call on a certain line ring directly to an extension which then rolls over to another extension after several rings which then rolls over to a hunt group. So if somebody calls in on line 5 say, it would ring to 120 then 115 if unanswered then the hunt group then possibly to the general mailbox. How would this be done?

You can program a coverage group to do it. Or program secondary coverage buttons on the phones you want to ring, so 120 rings, then on 115 you have a secondary coverage button for 120 which starts to ring after a couple of rings on the actual 120.

I see. So in the first example, say I make a group 772 and include 120 and 115. How can I set it up so that line 805 say rings to the group and not an extension?

Go to Group Calling and assign that Line to call into it.
