That is the reply when I dial "9" on my 5330,5224,5212 sets. I checked the system programming and it seems to be ok. I checked the ARS and PRI programming it seems to be ok also...any ideas?

New install, or sudden failure? Model/release of Mitel? John C. (Not Garand)

Do incoming calls work? The prompt means either you're restricted from making the call, or the carrier won't allow it. Do you have any enties in COR assignment?? Take them out until you can verify where the problem exists.

Do you have any interconnect restrictions? Also check the COS for the stations and trunks for public access.

I am not a 3300 guy, but if this is like any other Mitle "Not Allowed" usually has to do with the device interconnection table and you may not have the sets and the PRI trunks allowed to talk to each other.
