OK, if you are getting SMDR out of the Mitel, that's that. The only change available is page width. Try changing that. If that doesn't help, time to get out the Phonebill book, and/or call Phonebill. Hopefully, someone with Phonebill expertise will jump in here.

We call phonebill and they said, they stop supporting that. Also they suggested to initilize and we did and repgramm from scratch. But no luck. Also we try to add to show no of calls made from each ext, but somehow it showing wrong count, looks like how many minutes U called. And now it is not printing any phone record for all ext.

It's been awhile, but look at message registration. There's a timer for both call counts and time. The night audit will print that data out.

I wanted to go with Phonesuite 64. Is it good product and how much generally cost you without voice mail for 40 ext.

I'm not sure if there's a question in there, but if you're going 8x48, you still may need to get a 112e for certain features. The last time I priced one out, it was more than a Panasonic TDA-100 and less than a Mitel 200 ICP or whatever the new box is. It probably lists in the $6-8K range, which is a pretty good deal in an industry where the phone system is required but not a profit center. Geeze, a 24 channel TV system probably costs more than that nowadays.

So get the local Panasonic, Mitel, and Phone Suite dealers competing. Just make sure its Apples to Apples! In Chicago, that should be pretty easy. But, make sure they REALLY are DEALERS, not trunk-slammin' fly-by-nighters that have a 'source'.

Both of you right, I never came accross Panasonic, And I am in Motel business. So it would be good fit by phonesuite 64, I think. And Mr,Lighhouse is right about scammer, who just put only New cabinet but all used/refurbished cards under the name of new one and keep generating support calls. And biggest problem is that there is no way Uknow which is used and which one is new. Those scammer don't care about their future business. They just want your money and no quality product or service. Eventully they are out of business pretty soon.
