I have sx-200 and all of sudden I lost the power from console. I checked all connection, all connection looks good. Is it bad wire or bad console card. But it is showing light on console card where it says "line 1". Should I try changing the console card ? And Do I have to power down to swap the console card ? we tried another console. No luck. Any help will be great.

First of all, what SX200? Analog, digital w/lcd console, digital w/superconsole1000.
Based on your description of the problem, I'm guessing it is an analog system and the console is a very dark brown-almost black color. And the console card has green 'handles'. In this system there is a fuse 1.5 amp 120 volt AGC3.
FIRST, TURN OFF AND UNPLUG THE SYSTEM
The fuse is located in the back of the cabinet. Open the back door,
AFTER TURNING OFF AND UNPLUGGING THE SYSTEM,
and look inside up high on the left side.It is hard to see, awkward to remove and replace and if you try do it with the system on, you will probably get shocked and/or KILLED>!
If the fuse does not cure the problem, the card CANNOT be removed with the system running.
Let us know how you fare, although I suggest you obtain the help of a qualified technician.

is the console in bsout status? If that is the case its probably a bad console. I just had this happen to me.
