My system is SX50 with MS55 firmware. Few months ago we setup phone service with VOIP service provider and they offer 7, 10 and 11 digits dialing. So the ARS do not block 10 digits LD dialing. Is there any way so fix the programming so either we can block 10 digits dialing or if that is not possible, may be program to consider it a LD call?
I have some familiarity with the programing.
Thank you.

The answer to both questions is yes. But, it's not the type of question we can help you with on the forum. The ARS is complicated enough that you would be best served by having a Mitel tech on site. If that's not possible, request that someone PM you and make arrangements to help you off-line. Be prepared to pay for the service, as this will probably take several hours!
