Hello All, I am completely clueless when it comes to phones but I'm having an issue with a phone at one of my businesses. I am using an SX-50 Mitel and it is not ringing when incoming calls are being made. It is also not dialing out when I dial 9 + Phone Number. None of the phones in the business are able to dial out and this, I believe, is the primary phone that connects them all. Any solutions? I do not know who did what to cause the issue

Sounds like you need to check that your trunks are working. Or your trunk card is bad in some way. Best to get a Mitel technician out to check both out.

Sounds like someone made a change to a new LEC and thought the 'new guy' would make the connections. Or phone bill hasn't been paid in a while.
