Hello all

We have a customer with a EZ Advantage analog voice mail system, the phones are set to call fwd on busy /no answer, the problem is busy calls are forwarding fine to voice mail however no answer calls do not go to voice mail but recall to the attendant console? Any input as always is greatly appreciated.

addendum: station to station calls are forwarding on no answer but incoming trunk calls transferred from the console will not forward on a no answer condition, my tech says the trunk COS has all the call fwd options enabled....Again any input greatly appreciated.

addendum: Ok I think he may not have turned on system option 21 incoming to outgoing call fwd. If anyone can think of anything else run it by me thanks again.

COS for the consol. Check on time Recall. Make sure External CF is Enable for Rooms.

I agree with vad. It sounds like the calls are 'recalling', before they 'forward'.

Another possibility, G1005 has the option of "split-Forwarding". Consequently, you have to set both busy and no-answer, or is it Station versus Trunk. A little help here, my books are unreachable.
