I've attempted to setup an ACD group on an Onyx 4, but I can't get the Initial or the Repetive announcements to work. I've used the EU command to point to a voice mail boxes and set 'y' to Direct All Calls to Ann. Message. QP has been set correct. All occording to the manual, what other items do I need. By the way, I get the Initial message if the group has no members, but once I add one memger, no message.
