I need to install and program an external MOH on a 28i. I need to know where to interface on control board, any jumper settings?, programing to turn on ext MOH.

On the CPRU/ 8 station digital card, the first connector is the MOH input.

there is also a jumper on the cpru that is used to select between external and interal MOH
