OP Pines Member Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 20	I cant back up any of my Norstar's with NRU 10. I get the error Map File: 'AOF0ENG' is required. I even downloaded NRU 10 direct from Nortel's web site and had the same results. The systems I'm calling into are all MICS 6.1. Could someone please help get this file. I've tried to search other threads on this subject and emailed another however with no response. Thank you.

It is still in the price book at $750.00 for a single license. Multi-user and authorized copier licenses are available also. If you have a LEGAL copy, you should be able to get the map files from the dealer that you purchased NRU from. Pines, if you are a dealer, and you downloaded NRU10 from Nortel, download the map files from the same site (or download NRU11). Authorized Nortel Dealers have free access to the downloads, so that they can support the systems they sell.
