Let me start out by saying I am a Novice when it comes to a Nortel phone system so please forgive my ignorance.
My problem is I have about 6 DID's that work internally (inside the company) but not from an outside number. They just ring busy or instantly disconnect. What can I do to trouble shoot this?
Any help would be great. Thanks!

Please complete your profile so that we may better help you.
You will have to explain further what you mean by "internal DID". DID is an external number that is directed to a specific target line.
Also what system and what software are you using?
