I don't do a lot of Norstar stuff. Last week this MICS lost power & all programming. I got it all back up, but now they say some outside calls to auto attenents, & pagers don't seen to take any digits.

Do I need to do the F808 thing? Or do we have to replace parts?

If you lost all programming, your trunks may have defaulted. If you have loopstart trunks check to see if they are Pulse (default) or tone. Change back to tone.
