I am trying to set up a ccr tree on a call pilot 100. I have the main message and the branches underneath with messages recorded. When I call in, I get the first message (tree 1 path 0) but no other messages after that (path 1, 11, 12, 13) and after a pause of about 5 seconds it rings the attendant. I know this is very simple, but I can't figure what step I have missed. I have tried setting it up with a laptop to call the extension to record the messages and through feature 983, but I get the same results, so whatever I am doing wrong, I am doing it consistently. Any ideas (or tricks that I don't know)

If I understud you right your Tree is Enabled in Table 1 or what ever and you have Pass 1 wich is another Manu where you have another Greeting? and then sub steps 11,12 & 13 where you have your actions programmed? Am I correct so far. If that is done your Tree 1 has to be shown in Tree status in your Table. What are steps 1, 11,12 & 13

Are you certain you have all the greetings recorded in the proper places?
I set up the Company greeting with the Introductory (You have reached XYZ).
The CCR home menu picks up the rest. (dial "1" for sales, etc...)
Not sure what steps you are taking. If you do not disable the tree beforehand, the changes may not take.

PAth 0 is welcome to abc company. Path one is for sales dial one for accting dial 2 for a directory dial 3 which is a menu that takes you to a transfer node to get to the individual extensions. I have tried disabling and re enabling the tree, erasing and starting from scratch and even went ot our system in house and get teh same results. I use the laptop and verify that the ccr tree is enabled, and that all the skillsets use the same tree. Famous last words, it worked before I fixed it. I had to go to 3 digit extensions from 2 digit and don't know what the original programmer did. I have called Nortel but they were useless.

That's what they are called--table/skillsets on the laptop. Don't have a call center.

Ahhh. When you say skillsets, that is specific ONLY to CC, so pardon my confusion.
Did you default the CP when changing the DN length?
Did you document the configuration of the CP before the default, including documenting the layout of the CCR tree?
Does the greeting table answer with AA or CCR?

You are pressing the digit "1" to proceed to the other greetings right? When you finish your set-up of the CCR tree, are you saving the tree before exiting?

ME a dummy. Had added a step that I didn't need in the 0 path greeting, so it didn't know where to go. Thanks for your help.
